To access certain features you must create an account via Clerk authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Payments

Certain features require a one-time payment processed via Stripe (Stripe Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We do not store your payment details — these are handled exclusively by Stripe.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Itineraries may contain errors, outdated information, or unsuitable suggestions. Always verify travel information with official sources, local authorities, and travel advisories before making bookings or travel decisions. We expressly disclaim liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
